Bruno is a senior partner based in the São Paolo office and currently leads the Latin American B2C sector, where he has extensive expertise in 30+ food and non-food categories.
Bruno joined McKinsey in 2005, and has over 20 years of experience in consulting. He has served leading retail players in several sectors (e.g. drugstore, grocery, apparel, specialty, pharma and electronics) and formats (hyper, super, C&C, convenience) throughout Latin America.
He was the co-founder and leader of the Latin American Marketing and Sales Practice for five years, and has worked with hundreds of clients in the region, primarily in Brazil.

- driving digital and analytics transformations for leading consumer companies and marquee retailers
- leading end-to-end transformation and turnarounds of global companies across sectors (e.g. CPG, agriculture, auto, education and retailers)
- guiding thematic top line and holistic cost reduction programs of multi-nationals and national champions
- leading 30+ revenue growth management programs in different sectors and geographies
- supporting 15+ post-merger integrations of leading companies across different sectors and countries
Bruno holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from POLI USP where he graduated at the top 2% of his class and also holds an MBA with honors from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
