Partnering with leading energy and materials businesses to create sustainable value

Over nearly two decades, Alex has supported strategy and sustainable transformations with a focus on capital-intensive businesses. Examples of Alex’s recent client projects include the following:

  • identifying early-mover investment opportunities for green aluminum, copper, steel, lithium, and recycled battery materials
  • supporting a leading energy company to develop its zero-carbon transitions scenarios and strategy under uncertainty
  • advising on an industry-shaping M&A opportunity—including strategic due diligence and negotiations
  • supporting a global telecommunications company as it identified major new opportunities from moving downstream
