Franck is a senior partner based in McKinsey’s Zurich office. He coleads McKinsey’s work on food, drug, and mass retail globally and leads McKinsey’s work with family-operated businesses in Europe. His work focuses on growth strategies, digital transformations, performance improvement, and transformational leadership.

Franck has extensive expertise in the consumer sector—primarily in packaged goods, retail, food services, and hospitality—as well as in the fashion, luxury, and beauty sectors. He has led efforts to conceptualize, shape, and implement company growth strategies and has helped develop programs to optimize operational performance.

He has also led several large-scale transformation projects from the development of the strategy to its implementation, with an approach that considers human, organizational, operational, and cultural matters. Moreover, Franck regularly supports family-operated businesses in their growth transformations.

Prior to this role, Franck led McKinsey’s Consumer and Strategy & Corporate Finance Practices in France.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Franck worked for ten years in the automotive industry in various roles in France and abroad, including as the CFO of the commercial division for a large automotive manufacturer.
