Julio is a Senior Partner at McKinsey's Panama office and leads the People and Organizational Performance practice for Latin America. He has extensive knowledge of the Latin American market and has assisted key executives throughout the region.

He collaborates with many of the most prominent multinational and regional companies on a wide range of organizational and strategic initiatives, promoting the identification of competitive advantages and the capture of value. He also helps companies improve their sales performance and other areas, such as modernizing internal processes and implementing Lean practices to become cutting-edge organizations.
