Matthew Wilson is a senior partner in McKinsey’s New York office, where he has spent the last 15 years. He works across healthcare, serving clients across the public, private, and social sectors. His clients include a mix of biotechs and pharma, governments, foundations, private equity firms, academic medical centers, public private partnerships, and healthcare services companies. He is passionate about using R&D and innovation to transform healthcare and improve patient outcomes around the world.

Matt leads McKinsey’s work in public health and has served more than 15 governments across the world, covering a wide range of topics including infectious disease management, immunization, health system management, and innovation. He is currently helping to lead McKinsey’s global client response to COVID-19, coordinating a global team of experts in public health, crisis response, supply chain, and economics to support the public health response and help organizations manage their own response.

Matt serves on the board of Brooklyn Museum and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
