Mohcine leads McKinsey’s Financial Services Practice in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and leads the financial services work for Leap by McKinsey in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

With a strong entrepreneurial focus, Mohcine partners with leading institutions on growth and innovation agenda. He supported several leading institutions to significantly grow toplines. In his role with Leap by McKinsey, he has supported clients in designing, building, and launching new businesses from scratch.

In addition, Mohcine helps companies shape and lead performance transformation programs, which are typically built around improving customer experience, boosting employee satisfaction, and increasing bottom-line impact.

Examples of Mohcine’s recent client work include the following:

  • building several cloud-native digital banks across Europe and Asia targeting retail, small and medium-size enterprises, and wealth-management segments, delivering above-market returns and superior net-promoter scores
  • building and delivering on a B2B sales acceleration program for a leading tech company, achieving double digit topline growth
  • leading a performance transformation at a large institution that resulted in 20 percent productivity improvement and 15 percent higher employee satisfaction while cutting time-to-market in half

Passionate about making a positive difference in society, Mohcine cofounded the Gamechangers Academy Foundation, which empowers young people in the Moroccan Dutch community to develop their full leadership potential. In addition to this, he also serves on the supervisory boards of University of Amsterdam and the VPRO.
