Pierre leads McKinsey’s technology, media, and telecommunications practice in the region, specializing in helping boards and C-suites navigate disruption in rapidly evolving and commoditizing markets. He partners with clients to redefine strategies, rethink operating models, and deliver transformative, multi-year programs.

With extensive experience in corporate and business-unit strategy, transactions, and holistic transformations, Pierre works primarily with consumer-facing industries, including telecommunications, consumer technology, and financial services. He also advises a broad range of clients on growth strategy, M&A, and post-merger integration.

Passionate about driving change, Pierre focuses on connecting bold strategies with practical on-the-ground transformations. Examples of his recent client work include: 

  • leading multiple end-to-end transformations (spanning 18+ months) that collectively delivered over $5 billion in value, consistently exceeding targets. Transformations included offer simplification, brand repositioning, operating model redesign, procurement optimization, call center streamlining, balance sheet improvements, G&A cost reductions, and channel mix optimization
  • designing and implementing operating model transformations for organizations ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 employees. Focus areas included streamlining operations, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, monetizing assets, and achieving a 15–30% reduction in time-to-market
  • delivering commercial turnarounds by simplifying portfolios, resetting brands, overhauling customer value management and go-to-market strategies, and improving care and channel operations 
  • driving at-scale advanced analytics programs across CVM, call centers, and critical back-office functions, from model build to underlying capabilities such as operating model re-engineering, data platforms, COE set-up and capability build
  • conducting buy-side due diligences for mid- to large-cap transactions and strategic reviews across diverse industries, including retail, oil and gas, and original equipment manufacturers 

Prior to working in Singapore, Pierre was based in McKinsey’s Sydney and London offices.
