Based in the Bay Area, Rajesh leads the strategy and corporate finance domain for our Life Sciences Practice. He has supported companies across the healthcare sector on topics such as M&A, growth strategy, business building, market access, and R&D transformation. Since Rajesh joined the firm just over 25 years ago, his clients have included leading pharmaceutical and medical-device companies, insurance companies, distributors, and private-equity investors.
Among recent examples of his work, he helped a global biopharmaceutical company drive an enterprise refresh of corporate strategy and functional transformation to deliver against new strategy and aspirations.
Raj was previously based in our Shanghai office and was head of McKinsey's Life Science Practice in Asia–Pacific and continues to support leading life-sciences clients in China and India.
