Ursula is a partner at McKinsey based in Munich. She serves banks, captives, and other financial institutions across Europe in developing strategies, applying advanced analytics, and digital business building. Her areas of expertise include consumer lending, car finance and leasing, and digital and multichannel sales in retail banking.

  • building a digital cash loan journey with instant decisioning and same-day payout for a leading European retail bank
  • setting up a joint venture between a consumer finance bank and a telco to become a digital neo bank anchored around cash loans
  • setting up an advanced analytics center of excellence with focus on revenue-driving use cases for a large universal bank
  • developing the retail distribution strategy for a German bank including new service model with remote advisory and multi-channel offering as well as branch footprint optimization
