Vivek is a core leader of McKinsey's digital and analytics work in Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on new business building. Passionate about advancing companies in digital and technology, he empowers clients to drive performance and foster innovation.

Drawing on his extensive experience as a consultant and engineer, Vivek has led large-scale transformations and business-building initiatives across the region. His expertise spans digital strategy, tech-enabled transformation, change management, capability-building, productivity optimization, and new venture creation.
