Barbara is a partner in the London office and a leader in our People & Organizational Performance Practice in the UK. She focuses on delivering transformative organization journeys—journeys that change organizations and individuals as people and leaders.

Barbara has more than ten years of experience in organizational design, culture and change, leadership development, and HR function design in the context of transformations, mergers, separations and IPOs. She works across industries, with particular depth in pharmaceuticals and medtech, consumer health, and public sector.

Prior to joining Mckinsey, Barbara worked at a leading global financial services firm, focused on structuring and marketing of fixed income derivatives. She also founded and ran Omoko, a company focused on performance transformations for PE-owned and VC-owned firms in the healthcare space. Barbara also holds a BA in philosophy, politics, and economics from University of Oxford and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
